At Adscrey Private Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality digital marketing services. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.

1. Service Fees

All payments made to Adscrey Private Limited are for professional services, including but not limited to:

  • Performance Marketing (Meta, Google, Amazon, etc.)
  • Shopify Website Development
  • Social Media Management
  • Marketplace Management
  • SEO and Other Digital Marketing Services
  • UGC

2. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Adscrey Private Limited are non-refundable once the project or service has started.

As digital marketing involves strategic planning, team allocation, research, campaign setup, creative development, and technical work, these resources are consumed immediately after onboarding.

3. Before Work Starts

If a client requests cancellation before any work has started and before onboarding is completed, Adscrey may, at its sole discretion, approve a partial or full refund after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, taxes, and administrative costs.

4. Monthly Retainer Services

For monthly marketing retainers:

  • Fees paid for the current billing cycle are non-refundable.
  • Services already delivered during the billing period cannot be refunded.
  • Cancellation will only stop future billing (if applicable) and does not entitle the client to a refund for the current month.

5. Advertising Spend

Any amount spent on advertising platforms such as Meta, Google, Amazon, or any other third-party platform is not refundable by Adscrey.

Clients are responsible for their advertising budgets paid directly to these platforms or through authorized billing methods.

6. Third-Party Charges

Payments made for third-party services, including but not limited to:

  • Domain Registration
  • Web Hosting
  • Shopify Subscription
  • Apps and Plugins
  • Software Licenses
  • Payment Gateway Charges
  • Marketplace Fees

are non-refundable and are subject to the respective provider's policies.

7. Client Delays

Adscrey shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

  • Delay in sharing required information or access.
  • Delay in approvals.
  • Technical issues on the client's website or systems.
  • Product stock issues.
  • Marketplace or any other channel restrictions.
  • Payment delays.

Such delays do not qualify for a refund.

8. Performance Disclaimer

Digital marketing results depend on multiple factors, including market demand, competition, website quality, pricing, product availability, customer experience, seasonality, platform algorithm changes, and advertising policies.

Adscrey does not guarantee any specific sales, revenue, ROAS, leads, or rankings. Therefore, refunds will not be issued based on campaign performance alone.

9. Exceptional Cases

In rare situations, Adscrey may choose to issue a goodwill refund or service credit. Such decisions are entirely at the sole discretion of the company and do not create an obligation for future refunds.

10. Chargebacks

Clients agree to contact Adscrey first to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

If a chargeback is filed after services have been delivered, Adscrey reserves the right to submit all relevant agreements, invoices, work records, communications, reports, and supporting documents to the payment processor or financial institution.
