Performance Marketing Manager
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager who can
lead paid marketing campaigns and drive growth for D2C and ecommerce brands.
The candidate should have strong experience in managing large ad budgets and
optimizing campaigns for performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and scale performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Manage multiple D2C brand accounts and ensure profitable growth
- Monitor key metrics like ROAS, CPA, CAC, and conversion rate
- Build and optimize full-funnel marketing strategies
- Lead campaign testing for creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Work closely with the creative, account management, and strategy teams
- Manage and guide media buyers or junior performance marketers
- Ensure efficient use of ad budgets and improve campaign performance
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance marketing
- Strong experience in D2C / Ecommerce advertising
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Experience managing high ad budgets and scaling campaigns
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good understanding of marketing funnels and attribution
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and team members
